Sentido has been an amazing company to work with! They have gone above and beyond to make sure our toddler has the... medical supplies he needs. They are one of the only companies in our area that carry the hypoallergenic formula he needs and when we have run out of supplies or run into shipping complications, the employees have gone out of their way to personally deliver extras to our home to get us through until the deliveries could arrive. They have made the entire process of meeting our son’s medical needs much easier! Special shout-out to Jack and Samantha for always going above and beyond to fix any issues we’ve had with our orders, run supplies to us at the hospital, deliver us emergency supplies on the weekend and more! If I could give this DME company a 0 stars I would, please RUN from this company and get your supplies somewhere else!... Their office staff is all rude and they run around with the patients concerns and don't resolve them. The supplies are always late I always have to call for them and they are annoyed if you call and ask ive tried both in Spanish and English and no difference. Give your family's time and money (even if its insurance money) to a company who will value their patients and who have better customer service. Stay AWAY from them!read more
